Nothing quite compares to the cool, refreshing and creamy taste of a delicious iced coffee when the warm weather arrives. We’ll show you how you can turn your Nespresso machine into your very own iced coffee maker and discover a whole new world of icy cold caffeinated drinks at home.
Milk and spiced coffee
Foamy, icy milk mixed with all of the spices of the delicious Ristretto coffee.
Ingredients:
- 2 Nespresso capsules of either Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano or Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano Decaffeinato (to produce 80 ml of Espresso coffee)
- 4 tablespoons of crushed ice
- 150 ml of cold milk
- Ground cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate shavings
Materials:
- Tall recipe glass (350 ml)
- Nespresso Aeroccino milk frother
Method:
- Add the crushed ice into your recipe glass.
- Extract the 2 Espressos (80 ml) into the recipe glass and add sugar if desired.
- Pour the milk into the Aeroccino and hold down the button for three seconds (until the light turns blue) to create cold froth.
- Add the milk to the iced coffee and top with a few spoonfuls of froth.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate shavings to finish.
- Serve immediately.

Iced Cappucino
A subtle twist on this delicious classic.
Ingredients:
- 1 Nespresso capsule Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio or Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio Decaffeinato
- 2 ice cubes (2x30g)
- 100 ml of ice cold full fat milk
- 4 g of sugar (1 stick)
- A pinch of chocolate shavings
Materials:
- 1 Nespresso Recipe view glass
- Nespresso Aeroccino (cold option)
Method:
- Add sugar and spices into the glass.
- Extract 1 capsule of Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio or Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio Decaffeinato (40 ml) over the sugar and then mix.
- Pour the milk into the Aeroccino and hold down the button for three seconds (until the light turns blue) to create cold froth.
- Gently pour the cold milk froth over the coffee.
- Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Iced Latte
Simple elegance with a chill.
Ingredients:
- 2 Nespresso capsules of Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano or India in espresso (40ml)
- Cold milk
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Materials:
- 1 Nespresso Recipe view glass
Method:
- Prepare 2 Nespresso capsules of Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano or India in espresso (40ml)
- Pour cold milk in the recipe glass.
- Pour the coffee over it.
- Gently add the ice.

Nespresso on ice
Strong and refreshing flavours perfectly suited to a hot Summer’s day.
Ingredients:
- 1 Nespresso capsule
- 3 ice cubes (3x30g)
- 90ml of cold water
Materials:
- 1 Nespresso Recipe view glass
Method:
- Add 3 Nespresso ice cubes to your glass or 90g of ice cubes.
- Extract 40ml of your Nespresso coffee on top.
- Extract 40ml of your Nespresso coffee on top.
