Ingredients
2 tbsp Vimto
250ml water
pinch of salt
100ml cream, chilled and whipped to soft peaks

Let's make it!
Mix the Vimto, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about 8 hours)
Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool
Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Vimto granita and spoon the granita into a cup
Pour the cool coffee on top
Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve
