In the age of sailing ships, Indian coffees took on a wild ocean-air taste on their long journey to Sweden which gave them a distinct savoury and malty character that has since captured Swedish hearts and palates. Today, we pay homage to this history and recreate the coffee’s full-bodied, distinct taste by warehousing Arabica beans along India’s southwestern coast, letting the local Monsoonal winds transform their very structure.
