1 x Master Origins Colombia Capsule2 tbsp Vimto250ml waterpinch of salt100ml cream, chilled and whipped to soft peaks

Let's make it!
1.Mix the Vimto, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about 8 hours).2.Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool.3.Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Vimto granita and spoon the granita into a cup.4.Pour the cool coffee on top5.Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve
