Ingredients

Tokyo Vivalto Lungo Capsule
10ml/0.4 fl oz chocolate cookies syrup
200ml/7 fl oz milk
1 small cookie

Allergens

  1. In a Small Mixology glass, combine 4 Nespresso ice, then pour in 60ml of tonic water.​
  2. Extract 40ml of Yuzu Vanilla coffee into a jug and add 1 ice cube.​
  3. Gently pour the Iced Coffee over the mixture in the glass.​
  4. Garnish with slapped fresh mint leaves to release their essence.​
  5. Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas.

Let's make it!

  • STEP 01

Use the Vivalto Lungo capsule to make a lungo (110ml) in a cup.

 

  • STEP 02

While making the lungo, froth the milk in a jug using the steam wand of your Nespresso machine or your Aeroccino milk frother (if it's the Aeroccino 4, press the 2nd button on the right).

 

  • STEP 03

Pour the chocolate cookie syrup into your glass and add the lungo.

 

  • STEP 04

Add the steamed milk and froth.

 

  • STEP 05

Crumble the cookie on top.
