Tokyo Vivalto Lungo Capsule
10ml/0.4 fl oz chocolate cookies syrup
200ml/7 fl oz milk
1 small cookie

- In a Small Mixology glass, combine 4 Nespresso ice, then pour in 60ml of tonic water.​
- Extract 40ml of Yuzu Vanilla coffee into a jug and add 1 ice cube.​
- Gently pour the Iced Coffee over the mixture in the glass.​
- Garnish with slapped fresh mint leaves to release their essence.​
- Optional: Express orange zest over the drink for added aromas.
Let's make it!
- STEP 01
Use the Vivalto Lungo capsule to make a lungo (110ml) in a cup.
- STEP 02
While making the lungo, froth the milk in a jug using the steam wand of your Nespresso machine or your Aeroccino milk frother (if it's the Aeroccino 4, press the 2nd button on the right).
- STEP 03
Pour the chocolate cookie syrup into your glass and add the lungo.
- STEP 04
Add the steamed milk and froth.
- STEP 05
Crumble the cookie on top.
