100ml mango juice, chilled
50ml evaporated milk, chilled
60ml milk foam
toasted desiccated coconut

Let's make it!
- Pour the coffee (espresso), mango juice and evaporated milk in a shaker and shake to mix .
- Place ice cubes in a glass.
- Pour the coffee mixture over the ice in the glass.
- Foam the milk in the aeroccino (cold option) and spoon on top .
- Sprinkle with toasted desiccated coconut.
