50ml evaporated milk, chilled
60ml milk foam
toasted desiccated coconut

Let's make it!

  • Pour the coffee (espresso), mango juice and evaporated milk in a shaker and shake to mix .
  • Place ice cubes in a glass.
  • Pour the coffee mixture over the ice in the glass.
  • Foam the milk in the aeroccino (cold option) and spoon on top .
  • Sprinkle with toasted desiccated coconut.
