50g brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon

Espresso Glassware

Mix the sugar and spices and spoon into a saucer.
Brush the edge of the glass with a bit of honey and dip the rim of the glass into the spiced sugar to coat.
Brew the coffee (espresso) into the glass and serve.
