Original Capsule: 40ml of Master Origin Colombia or Vertuo Capsule: 40ml of Voltesso
2 tbsp Vimto
250ml Water
Pinch of Salt
100ml cream, chilled and whipped to soft peaks

Let's make it!
- Mix the Vimto, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about 8 hours).
- Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool.
- Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Vimto granita and spoon the granita into a cup.
- Pour the cool coffee on top
Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve.
