100ml mango juice, chilled
50ml evaporated milk, chilled
60ml milk foam
toasted desiccated coconut

Let's make it!
1.Pour the coffee (espresso), mango juice and evaporated milk in a shaker and shake to mix.
2.Place ice cubes in a glass.
3.Pour the coffee mixture over the ice in the glass
4.Foam the milk in the aeroccino (cold option) and spoon on top.
5.Sprinkle with toasted desiccated coconut
