1 Capsule of Ice Intenso150 g / 5 ice cubes100 ml sparkling water15 ml vanilla syrup1 Tsp fresh or dried lavender10ml fresh lemon juice1 lemon sliceOptional: 1 sprig of fresh lavender

Let's make it!
1.Brew a capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml) over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender, in a VIEW Recipe glass. Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously. OR with the Nespresso Barista device, strain it into your Nespresso Barista jug, add 1 ice cube, close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
2.Place 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass, then add the vanilla syrup, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and sparkling water. Stir gently.
3.Pour the cold coffee on top, and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
