Ingredients
M.O Colombia (40ml)
2 tbsp Rasberry Juice
250ml water
pinch of salt
100ml cream, chilled and whipped to soft peaks

Let's make it!
1.Mix the Vimto, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about
8 hours).
2.Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool.
3.Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Vimto granita and spoon the granita into a cup.
4.Pour the cool coffee on top.
5.Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve.
