Iced Hot Vanilla Coffee

A study in contrasts. Vanilla ice cream sprinkled with chocolate chips melts with the aromatic smoothness of a warm ristretto and caramel.

INGREDIENTS
  • One India capsule
  • One scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 20 ml of hot milk froth
  • 5 ml of caramel syrup
  • One teaspoon of chocolate chips
ACCESSORY
  • Cappuccino cup
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare the hot milk froth, mix with caramel syrup and set aside.
  2. Place a scoop of ice cream into the Cappuccino cup.
  3. Extract One India coffee (25 ml, Ristretto size) along the side of the cup, and add the preparation from step 1.
  4. Garnish with chocolate chips.
