Crack open a cardamom pod shell and pull out the seeds.
- STEP02
Place the cardamom seeds in a View Espresso cup, and rub the rim of the cup with the fresh (and non-treated) lemon peel before adding it in with the seeds.

Extract 40 ml of World Explorations Istanbul Espresso over it.
