Ingredients
- 1 capsule Forest Black
- 2 tsps. chaga mushroom powder*
- 3 Tbs. very hot water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- Sprigs of fresh dill, optional
- 1 slice fresh button mushroom

LET'S MAKE IT!
- In a small glass or bowl, mix together mushroom powder and hot water until smooth. Let steep 10 minutes.
- If using cream whipper, add mushroom water to whipper with cream.
- Proceed with manufacturer’s instructions to whip.
- Otherwise, add mushroom water to heavy cream in large bowl and whisk until soft peaks form.
- Add maple syrup to your serving glass. Brew capsule directly into glass.
- Top with generous amount of mushroom whipped cream. Garnish with dill fronds.
- Place mushroom slice onto foam. Enjoy.
