25 cl of milk
3 cl of cardamon syrup

Let's make it!
1.Pour an espresso Ispirazione Palermo(40 ml)in a shaker,add 3 ice cubes and shake well
2.Pour 25 cl milk in the Aeroccino
3.Turn the machine on cold and wait until you get an unctuous foam
4.In a tall and cold recipe glass, mix the cardamom syrup and the milk from the Aeroccino
5.Add the milk foam on top and gently add the content of the shaker
6.Decoration: Sprinkle the foam with cardamom powder and with an utensil decorate harmoniously
