- Colombia 40ml
- 2 tbsp Vimto
- 250ml water
- pinch of salt
- 100ml cream, chilled and whipped to soft peaks

Let's make it!
- Mix the Vimto, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about 8 hours)
- Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool
- Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Vimto granita and spoon the granita into a cup
- Pour the cool coffee on top
- Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve
