    01

    First pour 100 ml of soy beverage (milk), 10 ml beetroot juice and a pinch of cardamom powder directly into the Nespresso Barista device.

    Close the lid, select the “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.

    Pour the foam of hot soy beverage (milk) into the View Cappuccino glass and extract 25ml of Vanilla Éclair on the top.
