100ml Cold Milk

Let's make it!
1. Brew
Extract 40ml of Arpeggio into lungo cup
2. Swirl
Swirl the cup after extraction to turn the crema.
3. Froth
Froth 100ml of milk on a medium or ‘latte’ setting and pour over the espresso.
