The Cinnamon Cloud Latte is pure festive indulgence—a silky, aromatic latte layered with the caramel sweetness of dates and the gentle spice of cinnamon.
Ingredients
Date syrup: 10 ml
Indonesia Pro Capsule: 1
Milk (1.5%): 100 ml
Cream: 500 ml
Cinnamon powder: 1 Pinch
Cinnamon stick: 1

Let's make it!
Whip 500 ml cream until soft peaks form, alternatively use cold canned whipped cream.
Warm 100 ml milk using Nespresso Milk Device (Aeroccino / Barista Device: Hot Milk Mode)
In a Nespresso Recie Glass, add 10 ml date syrup. Extract a 110ml Indonesia Pro Coffee & Stir to mix in the date syrup.
Pour the hot milk into the mug and add 60g of whipped cream on top.
Sprinkle some cinnamon Powder & decorate with a single Cinnamon Stick
