Why we like it: This is the coffee we designed for a strong yet balanced milk pairing in the Reverso recipe. BIANCO FORTE is rich with strong roast notes, add a generous dose of milk and you'll find its sweetness in dynamic balance with this carefully crafted blend of premium Colombian and Kenyan Arabicas.
This 100% Arabica blend combines coffees from Kenya, Colombia and Costa Rica.
The first part of the blend gets a long and dark roast, while the second part is roasted a little faster and to a lighter degree. The overall result is a fairly dark blend with a strong roasted character, quite unusual for a blend from Kenya and Colombia.
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials.
