FORTE EXTRA is not your typical coffee. With added coffee extract, this coffee contains caffeine at a level of 115 mg approximately for an Espresso. FORTE contains approximately 70 mg of caffeine for an Espresso. With its bold flavour profile, cereal and nutty notes, elevate your coffee experience to the next level. Best enjoyed as Espresso. Also recommended as Lungo (140 mg caffeine).
The key players in this capsule are an over-caffeinated washed Guatemalan Arabica and an unwashed Brazilian Arabica. The unwashed Arabicas from Brazil lend a malty note to this coffee.
A short, dark roast brings out the best of each coffee in this Arabica blend. The first split is composed of Latin American Arabicas, including Brazil, and it gets a medium roast for balance. The over-caffeinated Guatemalan Arabica is roasted separately to develop intensity.
