- 20ml honey
- 220ml milk
- 1 tsp rose water

Let's make it!
- Pour the honey into a glass
- Pour the milk and rose water in Aeroccino and froth
- Brew the coffee (lungo) and pour over the honey and pour the milk over the coffee and spoon more froth on top
- Decorate with pistachios, saffron and gold leaf
- To decorate: chopped toasted pistachios, saffron threads and gold leaf
