- 75ml barista style oat milk, chilled

- Spoon the tahini into a cappuccino cup
- Top with the date syrup
- Froth the milk in the Aeroccino
- Brew the coffee (espresso) over the tahini & date syrup in the cup
- Spoon the froth over the coffee
- Dust with ground cardamom
