Machine Registration Terms and Conditions
Nespresso collects the customer’s personal information in order to register the machine with Nespresso. Nespresso may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise required by law, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including but not limited to sending electronic messages to the Participants. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Nespresso Data Privacy Policy. Visit https://www.nespresso.com/in/en/privacy-policy to access the Nespresso Data Privacy Policy. This registration enables us to send you product updates, new launch information, and other promotional communications.
Products purchased from our boutiques, website, or an authorized retailer (“Authorized Channels”) are eligible for warranty solely upon the presentation of a valid invoice that clearly indicates the purchase from these Authorized Channels. The Distributor shall not be responsible for providing warranty support for any products that have been purchased from sources other than these Authorized Channels. The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase or in other countries where Nespresso sells or services the same model with identical technical specifications (plug type, voltage, frequency). Warranty service outside the country of purchase is limited to the terms and conditions of the corresponding warranty in the country of service.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR MACHINE ONLINE
- To access the online Nespresso machine registration page, scan the unique QR code printed on the machine pack hanging tag or on the coffee welcome set inside your machine box. To download a suitable QR Code Scanner, visit your mobile application store.
- Complete the online registration form in full and insert the 19-digit alphanumeric barcode that you can find on the drip tray, or underneath your new machine
- Upload a copy of the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE (copies of debit card or credit card receipts will not be accepted)
- Click Submit and you’ll receive a confirmation email from Nespresso confirming that you’re machine has been registered successfully.
