What is Nespresso Subscription?
Nespresso Subscription plan is a coffee machine subscription plan tailored to meet every coffee lover's needs. When you subscribe to Nespresso Subscription, own a Nespresso coffee machine for only $1 with a 12 months subscription plan. The monthly fee is converted into Nespresso credits in your account to spend on any Nespresso products you want, such as coffee capsules and coffee accessories. Enjoy a wide range of coffee styles from espressos to lattes in the comfort of your own home.

Will I own the Nespresso coffee machine after signing up for the Subscription plan?
Yes, you will own the Nespresso coffee machine from day 1 of your Nespresso Subscription plan.

Who is eligible for this Nespresso Subscription offer?
Whether you are new to Nespresso or a long-time Nespresso coffee lover, you can sign up for the Nespresso Subscription to enjoy coffee at home. You can only subscribe to the Nespresso Subscription plan once.

What are the Nespresso Subscription plans available?
You can choose from a selection of 4 Nespresso Subscription plans, tailored to meet your coffee needs starting from $40/month for the Solo plan, $50/month for the Duo plan, $70/month for the family plan and from $90/month for the Café-At-Home plan.

Can I choose another coffee machine other than the machine offered in the Subscription plan I chose? (e.g. Can I choose a Vertuo Lattissima when I subscribe to a Family plan?)
Unfortunately, the Nespresso coffee machine is specific to the Nespresso Subscription plan you have chosen. (e.g. If you have chosen to subscribe to the Family plan, the Nespresso coffee machine under this plan is the Vertuo Next. If you would like the Vertuo Lattissima, you can opt subscribe for the Café-At-Home plan instead.)

If we are a couple/family, are we only able to subscribe to the Duo/Family Plan?
You are able to choose any Nespresso Subscription plan suited to your coffee needs and lifestyle. If your household requires more coffee, you can choose a Nespresso Subscription plan with more monthly credits.

Where can I purchase a Nespresso Subscription plan?
You may purchase a Nespresso Subscription plan on the Nespresso website and exclusively at Nespresso Boutiques ION Orchard, Raffles City and VivoCity. Your coffee machine will be delivered to your doorstep for all Subscription plan purchased on Nespresso website or Boutiques.

Does the Nespresso Subscription coffee machine come with the same warranty as a purchased Nespresso coffee machine?
Yes, your Nespresso coffee machine will come with 2 years warranty. You may also take advantage of the Nespresso Assistance Package

Am I allowed to sign up for more than one Nespresso Subscription plan?
Each customer is only eligible to sign up for one Nespresso Subscription plan per account and household address. This also applies after the 12 months subscription cycle.

What are the coffee machines available under Nespresso Subscription plan?
There are specific Nespresso coffee machines bundled with each Nespresso Subscription plans, tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle. The coffee machine under the Solo plan is the Essenza Mini. The coffee machine under the Duo plan is the Vertuo Pop. The coffee machine under the Family plan is the Vertuo Next. There are two coffee machines under the Café-At-Home plan, the Lattissima One OR Vertuo Lattissima.

I like my coffee with milk. Other than the Café-At-Home plans, are there any other coffee machine solutions where I can enjoy my coffee with milk?
Yes, you can enjoy your coffee with milk, like lattes and cappuccinos by adding $10 a month to your Nespresso Subscription plan to own an Aeroccino3 Milk Frother.

What is Nespresso Credits and how do I use it?
Your Nespresso credits are added to your account after your monthly fee is paid. You have the convenience and flexibility to spend it every month, or you may prefer to roll over your credits and spend it at a later time. Credits can be used on any Nespresso products including coffee capsules and coffee accessories.

When will I receive the credits in my account after purchasing a Nespresso Subscription plan?
You will receive your Nespresso credits within 4 days after your Nespresso Subscription plan has been activated. You will receive an email once the credits have been added into your account. After which, your credits will be credited monthly on the date you took up the Nespresso Subscription plan.

What happens to my credits if I cancel my Nespresso Subscription plan?
If you cancel within 7 days, you will need to return the Nespresso coffee machine and any other Nespresso coffee product bought with the Nespresso Credits (excluding coffee and other consumables) unused and in good condition. You will be entitled to a full refund of SGD 1 (for the machine) + first monthly fee.

You may use your Nespresso credits on Nespresso.com, Nespresso mobile app, and at selected Nespresso Boutiques (ION Orchard, Takashimaya, Raffles City, VivoCity) or you can reach us daily between 8am to 10pm via our toll-free hotline at 800 852 3525).

What if I don't use my Nespresso credits?
You have the flexibility and convenience to spend your Nespresso credits. If you don't use it entirely, it gets accumulated in your account. Your credits will be valid for up to 6 months after your Nespresso Subscription plan ends.

Nespresso & You is our new way of caring for you, with a series of benefits and rewards for all our members. Progress through the membership tiers to enjoy more benefits with us, either through your time with us (seniority) OR be accelerated up a tier by reaching the indicated consumption level.

What are the different tier levels in Nespresso & You and how do I achieve the membership tier? (e.g. What is "AMBASSADOR tier"?)
There are three membership tiers: Connoisseur, Expert and Ambassador. Once you placed your first coffee order, you’re a CONNOISSEUR. Become an EXPERT after 4 years or purchase between 400 and 900 capsules in a single year. Become an AMBASSADOR, when you’ve spent 11 years with Nespresso or purchase 900 capsules or more in a single year.

You are automatically enrolled into this program when you make a coffee purchase with your Nespresso account, directly from Nespresso Boutiques, Nespresso.com, Mobile App, or the Call Centre.

What if I change my mind about my Nespresso Subscription plan?
Should you decide that Nespresso Subscription is not for you anymore, you can cancel it at any time by calling the Nespresso Customer Service at 800 852 3525 (Mon to Sun, 8am to 10pm toll-free) . If you cancel your Nespresso Subscription plan within 7 days, the cancellation fee is waived. Please contact Nespresso at 800 852 3525 (Mon to Sun, 8am to 10pm toll-free) to request a copy of the cancellation form. You will need to return the coffee machine (excluding coffee and other consumables) unused and in good condition. You will then be entitled to a full refund of SGD 1 (for the machine) + first monthly fee but there will be no refunds for capsules purchased using your Nespresso Credits during this period.
If you wish to cancel your plan before the end of the 12 months term and after 7 days of subscription, you will have to pay the cancellation fee that corresponds to the Plan that you have chosen: $170 for Solo Plan – Essenza Mini, $230 for Solo Plan – Essenza Mini Bundle, $200 for Duo Plan – Vertuo Pop, $260 for Duo Plan – Vertuo Pop Bundle, $280 for Family Plan – Vertuo Next, $340 for Family Plan – Vertuo Next Bundle, $400 for Café At Home Plan – Lattissima One, $680 for Café At Home Plan – Vertuo Lattissima. Your Nespresso coffee machine is still yours to keep. Your remaining credits will still be available for you to use to buy Nespresso coffee products for 6 months after the date of cancellation. You will not be entitled to a refund in cash for any monthly fee already paid.

What happens to after the 12 months Nespresso Subscription plan?
After the 12 months term, your Nespresso Subscription Plan will be automatically renewed (i.e. you continue to pay the Monthly Fee each month), and will continue until you cancel it. Enjoy an additional 10% in Nespresso credits on top of your plan when you renew your plan, i.e. if your coffee machine subscription plan is $40, you will receive $44 credits in your account. 2 weeks before the Term ends, you will receive an email reminding you that the Term is coming to an end. To cancel, you will need to contact the Nespresso Customer service at 800 852 3525 (Mon to Sun, 8am to 10pm toll-free). There is no cancellation fee if you cancel after the Term.
After cancellation, the Nespresso coffee machine is yours to keep. The Nespresso Customer service, online, by phone or our Nespresso Boutiques will still be available for you to spend any Nespresso credit you may still have on your account. Nespresso credit expires 6 months after the date of cancellation of your Nespresso Subscription plan.
