Melozio Go infuses the surprisingly smooth yet Intense Melozio blend of Smooth and balanced harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas with cereal notes and honeyed sweetness. Technology is ever evolving and to create our Go coffees, we've taken the decaffeination process we use in a new direction to add extra caffeine. When caffeine is transferred out of unroasted coffee beans, we isolate the caffeine extract and save it for the green coffee in the Go blend. Before roasting, we use the same process but add the extract to infuse Melozio's beans to raise the coffee's total caffeine content. Melozio Go then gets the same Smooth and balanced roast as Melozio-it builds a rich intensity in these Nicaraguan and Guatemalan coffees. Adding this caffeine extract to Melozio doesn't alter this enchanting and wild Vertuo coffee - you'll still catch all those delicious Latin American Arabicas with cereal notes and honeyed sweetness. Same great taste, extra boost!
