Ristretto Intenso is our champion short cup packing a powerful punch of peppery spice and woody notes. A velvety crema develops from this dark roast, blending Robusta beans from India and Uganda - two renowned fine Robusta origins - with Brazilian Arabica. With a creamy mouthfeel and intense flavour, this one goes the distance.
This blend features a majority of Robusta beans - sourced from the renowned origins of India and Uganda - combined with dry-processed arabicas from Brazil.
Ristretto Intenso is roasted in two splits: One composed exclusively of Robustas and the other combining arabicas and Robustas for a slightly lighter roast that preserves the distinct Robusta notes.
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials.
