Voltesso gets its light, biscuity note from Brazilian coffees, while Colombian Arabicas add a hint of acidity.
The Colombian coffee is roasted light and short to preserve its acidity, while the Brazilian beans are roasted for a longer time to reveal its biscuity notes.
