A drop of deliciousness: the essence of Italy’s iconic drinking tradition. Inspired by the ambassador of all Italian coffees, the Ristretto, we chose not to imitate, but to roast our perfect version. Long roasted in part for body, short for brightness and fruit, this coffee is the culmination of all we explored in the emblematic Italian cup.
This complex blend is created using Arabicas from Brazil and Colombia, in combination with Robustas from other sources including East Africa.
The robustas in Ristretto go through a long roast to develop body and a pleasantly bitter cocoa note. The arabicas go through a quicker roast to keep the bright acidity and fruity notes alive.
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials.
Recycled aluminium requires less energy to produce and it provides the perfect barrier against oxygen, light, and humidity to protect the freshness and aromas of coffee over time.
