The fragrance wafting out of Rome’s traditional coffee bars is testament to a rich history of contrasts: popular tastes, tempered by the capital’s elegance. This complexity is mirrored in a subtle roast of primarily Brazilian and Mexican coffee, balancing intensity and finesse and deep flavour spiked with hints of acidity.
Roma is an Arabica and Robusta blend, with most of its beans coming from Brazil and Mexico.
We gave Roma a subtle light roast. It balances the intensity and deep flavor of the coffee with that hint of acidity that gives Roma its elegance. A fine grind preserves the coffees’ aromatic finesse. It helps keep Roma strong yet mild.
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials.
