For this blend, we use intense Vietnamese and Indian Robustas, combined with a Colombian Arabica for a touch of acidity.
We roast Robustas and Arabicas separately, both to an extremely dark degree. Robustas are slightly darker to develop intensity and long-lasting flavor, Arabicas are lighter - but roasted longer - to retain a touch of acidity.
This is part of our continued journey towards circularity, going further to minimize waste and maximize the reuse of product materials.
