Origin
A harmonious blend of Latin American Arabica, mainly from Brazil and Guatemala, rich in soft cereal notes and honey sweetness.
Roasting
The Brazilian Arabica beans are roasted separately to develop sweet and cereal notes. The other Arabicas are lightly roasted to complete Melozio.
