This blend brings together the sweet cereal characteristic of Brazil’s pulped natural Bourbons with the fruity notes of a washed Colombian Arabica.
The Brazilian coffee is medium roasted to keep all the Bourbon variety’s malty cereal notes intact. The washed Colombian beans get a short roast to release all its finer aromatics.
